Everything you can do on the WorkTime™ screen in the app, you can also do in your institution’s ResQ portal in a web browser — correct a shift, remove one, or add a shift ResQ missed entirely. It is the easier option when you have several to put right at once, or your phone is not to hand.

1. Sign in to your portal

Your Institution ID followed by .resqmedical.com — for example lomalinda.resqmedical.com. Look yours up here if you are not sure.

Select Email me a sign-in code instead, enter the email address your program registered you with, then type in the six-digit code we send you. There is no password to remember.

2. Turn on editing

Your shifts are listed under Recorded Shifts. Tick the Edit box at the top right of that panel. A green Add Shift button appears beside it, your entry and exit times become clickable, and a red bin appears in the Delete column of every row.

3. Correct a time

Click the Entry or Exit time on the shift you want to change. The time turns into a box and a calendar opens underneath it.

Clicking an exit time opens a calendar with hour, minute and AM/PM dropdowns and an Apply button

Pick the date on the calendar, set the hour, minutes and AM/PM from the three dropdowns below it, then click Apply. Cancel closes it without changing anything.

Use the date range above the list, or the Last 30 Days tick box, to find an older shift.

4. Add a shift ResQ missed

Click Add Shift. A box opens asking for four things:

Add Shift box with Workzone, Entry, Exit and Reason fields and a Save button

  • Workzone — pick the site where you actually worked. Only WorkZones™ your program has set up appear in the list.
  • Entry — the date and start time.
  • Exit — the date and end time. Use the next day’s date if the shift ran past midnight.
  • Reason — choose why you are adding it by hand.

Then click Save.

Removing a shift

The red bin in the Delete column removes a shift permanently, so use it only for one that should never have been recorded at all. If the times are simply wrong, correct them instead.

Good to know

  • Completed shifts are archived roughly 90 days after they end. An archived shift can no longer be edited in the app or the portal, though it still appears in your reports. If you need one corrected, email support@resqmedical.com.
  • The portal and the app change the same record — use whichever is in front of you.
