For MedHub customers using ResQ, adding and deleting resident users happens automatically within our system.
ResQ syncs user data (First Name, Last Name, PGY, email address) from MedHub on a nightly basis to update user profiles.
Only users in MedHub who are “Active” and under contract with MedHub will appear in ResQ. For incoming trainees at the beginning of the academic year, this usually occurs on or around July 1, depending on your institutions agreement with MedHub.
