If you notice hours recording inconsistently, you may be on the edge of a WorkZone or working in an area that is not captured by the existing WorkZone. If you WorkZone boundaries needs to be adjusted, please provide the following information.

  • Name of the WorkZone
  • Dates and times when the inconsistencies occurred 
  • A screenshot of the WorkZone screen in the app with markings indicating the area(s) that need to be included in the existing WorkZone. See example below. (Blue indicates existing, yellow indicates suggested additional area)
