Any trainee who has a red "Never Signed In" icon next to their name has never signed in to the app. Credentials can be sent directly to that trainee by clicking on the envelope icon.
If there are multiple trainees in a program who have never signed in, the "Invite All" function can be used to send credentials to multiple trainees at once.
