If your program uses MedHub, Medtrics or New Innovations, the hours ResQ records are sent to that system automatically after you leave a WorkZone™. You don't need to do anything.
What does not transfer
With MedHub the sync runs one way, from ResQ outward:
- Hours you add manually in ResQ are not sent.
- Hours you add or change in MedHub do not come back to ResQ.
So if you correct a shift by hand in ResQ, that correction stays in ResQ. If your program works from MedHub, make the same change there, or ask your coordinator to.
If the two systems disagree
A difference between your ResQ hours and your MedHub hours is usually explained by a manual entry in one system that was never made in the other. Check both before reporting a problem.
