ResQ no longer uses passwords, so there is no password to get wrong.
Signing in takes three things: your institution, the email address your program registered you with, and a six-digit login code we send to that address. For the full walkthrough with screenshots, see https://resqmedical.com/signing-in/
If your login code is not accepted
1. Codes are single use. If you have tapped SEND CODE more than once, only the newest email will work.
2. The code is six digits with nothing else. If you copied and pasted it, check no extra spaces came along.
3. Still refused? Tap SEND CODE for a fresh one and type it in by hand.
If no code arrives at all, the email address probably does not match the one your program registered. Try your institutional address, check spam, then email support@resqmedical.com with your institution and the address you are trying.
